Description

The goal of this event is to raise awareness of health issues that affect us, our families and our community. Learn how small changes can make a big difference in maintaining and improving your health. The activities will include health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and dental. Local health care providers and business will provide information on nutrition, exercise and provide tips and tools for healthy living.
