Job Responsibilities: Post business cash receipts Assemble receipts from all campuses in preparation of paying billsIssue purchase orders to all campus/support staffAudit and review bills Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as neededProvide administrative support during budget preparationParticipate in quarterly and annual auditsReconcile monthly agency bank statementsProcess accounts payables Position is full-time salaried position.
