Financial Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Post business cash receipts 
  • Assemble receipts from all campuses in preparation of paying bills
  • Issue purchase orders to all campus/support staff
  • Audit and review bills 
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Reconcile monthly agency bank statements
  • Process accounts payables 
Position is full-time salaried position.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
